Leah Hechtman provides supervision for other Complementary Health Practitioners. The process provides one-on-one supervision and training on a regular basis to support practitioners in their practice. The process covers all areas of business as well as self-care and practitioner development. As the process continues, it becomes more focussed on patient care review, clinical development and assessment, and skill development.
At all times throughout sessions, it is important that supervisees take an active role in their own health care. The journey of health and success is one of change, growth and knowledge. Throughout sessions they will develop an understanding of themselves and will learn specific strategies for long-term prosperity. It is imperative that practitioners practice what they preach. A crucial component of being a successful Practitioner is the acknowledgement and commitment to improve their own health.
