By understanding our bodies we are able to understand our fertility and our ability to bear children. The contraception program teaches women and their partners how to understand the hormonal changes that occur in their body and provides a system to interpret these changes. This then allows couples to be free of invasive contraceptives and disruptive chemicals. It offers them the choice of conception thus empowering couples to feel free in their intimate expressions.
